Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct business support to top management in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
- Work closely with the existing secretary and coordinate with other personal assistants and administrative staff
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange business travel logistics
- Handle sensitive and confidential documents and communications with discretion
- Serve as a liaison between the executive office and internal departments, as well as external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Communications, Hospitality, or a related field
- 8–10 years of experience supporting C-suite executives
- Prior experience working in a property group or real estate company is highly preferred
- Smart, humble, detail-oriented, and easy-going personality
- Flexible and able to follow instructions
